Beef Processors


You will pick up your beef directly from the processor of your choice (for whole steer orders only).  If you're only ordering a quarter or half, we will use the processor that the majority of customers prefer.  We only use processors that are inspected by Wisconsin's Meat Inspection Bureau - a division of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection.
