VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
Event Date: Saturday, July 31, 2021
Time: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Vendor Registration Deadline: Saturday, July 24, 2021
Vendor Set-up Time: 11:00am
Vendor Takedown Time: 8:00pm
One 10 x 10 outdoor booth space will cost $20. If you need two spaces, then the booth fee is $40. (Sorry, no electricity will be available)
ONE business per space, we do not allow multiple vendors to share a space.
If you need to cancel out of the event, you must let us know by July 27th .
If we are unable to hold the event due to COVID, we will fully refund your money.
Our goal is to showcase Wisconsin artists with work appropriate for our venue. We strive to find artist who create quality handmade pieces who live in Columbia County and the surrounding areas.
Please submit at least 1-2 images of your work. This should include a representation of the art or craft you intend to display at your booth.
Insurance & Permits:
Please make sure to have your valid WI Sellers Permit for taxable items.
Vendors are responsible for their own business and product liability insurance.
Vendors and their helpers are not permitted to smoke.
Covenant to Hold Harmless
The vendor, in consideration of participation in the Sunflower & Firefly Festival, agrees to hold Creek Bed Country Farmacy, LLC it’s members and employees harmless from and against any and all claims, causes of action, demands, debts, damages, judgements, cost or expenses (including attorney fees), or other losses of any nature or kind arising from, relating to, or in any manner connected with Festival activities.
